Download the app and add your vehicle
Create an account with the email or phone number you already use. Add a payment method once and it is stored for every session after that.
Find your chargers
The app shows the chargers at your property, which stalls are free, and whether a session is already running. Where your property has enabled it, you can reserve a stall ahead of time.
Plug in and start
Start the session from your phone and watch it charge in real time. You are billed for what you actually use, at the rate your property has set.
Residents and employees at properties with included charging are not charged for their sessionsA real support team, not a phone tree.
If a charger will not start, a session ends early, or something looks wrong on a receipt, tell us and we will look at the charger itself.
